Is it really a "Happy" Independence Day?

It’s been almost 7 decades now, since India's fight with the British Raj came to the end. No doubt I’m proud to breathe in free India, but I’m simultaneously ashamed of the corruption, crime against women, pollution and cheap politics that actually reign over India today.

Though great men in history have fought many battles, both violent and nonviolent, to free us from the Raj, it is 'we the people' of today who need to fight numerous battles with our own corrupt authorities.

Its only when we will win these battles, that the real significance of ‘Happy Independence Day’ will imply.

In the meanwhile, don't forget to check out the amazing "Freedom Offer" via

Happy Independence Day!!
Long Live India
